| Goal: | Civil Society (including women, youth and child rights) organisations are empowered to promote the rights of girls, boys and gender-diverse children and youth ensuring their freedom of expression in public discourse and digital spaces. |
| Objective: |
Outcome1: Civil society organisations including human rights defenders are equipped to support children and youth's safe use of digital technologies to speak up about their rights and protect themselves online. Outcome 2: Children and youth in all their diversity express their opinions in a safe online environment, and participate in political, cultural and social actions. Outcome 3: Civil society actors are motivated and proactively engaged to advocate for gender transformative policy and legal-institutional reform to priorities protection of children and youth’s rights in the digital space. |

| Beneficiaries: | 20 CSOs working on human rights and children and youth rights, 2000 disadvantaged children (75%) and youth (25%) in all their diversity in the working areas. |
